About Boosa Balance Method
The Boosa Balance Method (BBM) is a science-backed, real-life framework designed by women, for women. Rooted in hormone research and public health principles, BBM was developed to address the real symptoms women face—like fatigue, weight gain, mood swings, and more.
Najwa, the creator of BBM, assessed hundreds of scientific studies on hormone health, metabolism, inflammation, and stress—across the four hormonal phases of a woman’s life. She also spoke with hundreds of women navigating these shifts in real time.
This method is the result of evidence-based research, real-world insights, and practical application. It’s not built on trends or hearsay—it’s grounded in science, shaped by lived experience, and created to deliver real results for women.
A Message for You
I’m sorry this journey has been overwhelming. I’m sorry you still don’t have the answers. And most of all, I’m sorry that somewhere along the way, you were made to feel like you were broken.
I’ve felt all of it too—lost in my body, worn down by symptoms, and angry at the world for not giving us real solutions. The Boosa Balance Method is what helped me come back to myself. I’m not 100% ‘healed’—but I’m happy, energized, medication-free, and feeling strong in a way that’s real.
If you’re here, I know you’re ready to take back your health—for you. You’re not broken. You’re just changing. And there’s a way through.
This method will teach you how to eat, move, breathe, and live in rhythm with your hormones. You matter. What’s happening to you matters. I’m walking this path with you.
— Najwa, Founder of Boosa
Meet Najwa Khan
Najwa Khan is the founder of Boosa and the creator of the Boosa Balance Method.
She holds a Master of Public Health from NYU and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Syracuse University. Over the past 15 years, her work has spanned breast cancer research, public health, and designing large-scale programs that have improved healthcare access for millions.
But beyond her credentials, Najwa is a woman who’s lived through the hormonal chaos that too many of us are told to just “deal with.”
She’s battled PCOS, experienced painful periods masked with birth control, and spent two years navigating postpartum depression and anxiety. After the birth of her first child, she lost her energy, her hair, her confidence, and felt completely alone.
When nothing worked—no supplement, no cleanse, no crash diet—she began building something that would: a daily rhythm to live in sync with her body, not against it. That rhythm became the Boosa Balance Method.
